Jesse Browning has always been fascinated by the complexity of social diversity. It's this curiosity that has motivated him to work in the hospitality marketing industry for the last decade. It wasn't until Jesse discovered the community within various non-for-profit organizations that he decided to transition out of the hospitality industry. Over his years of work the realization that everything one does ripples outward and affects everyone is what gives him the ability to be transparent and flexibly optimistic when it comes to manifesting a hospitable environment.
Jesse found his way into the Canadian African Initiative through various activities within a local organization in Guelph. This is where he met Chidi and was recognized for his passion for reducing inequality. Jesse's enjoyment of the arts in diverse cultures made him a welcome member of the initiative.
